What is the UTI PAN card photo size?+

UTI asks for a photo that is 213x213 pixels (2.5cm x 2.5cm) at 300 DPI, kept under about 30KB in JPEG format.

What is the UTI PAN card signature size?+

UTI asks for a signature that is 400x200 pixels (4.2cm x 2.1cm) at 600 DPI, kept under about 60KB.

Is this the same as the NSDL spec?+

No. NSDL uses different pixel dimensions and DPI. If you're applying through NSDL instead, use the NSDL resizer.

Do you store or upload my images?+

No. Resizing happens entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Your file is never sent to a server.
