The service

Pan Card Resizer is a free, browser-based tool that resizes and compresses an image to dimensions and a size you choose, including presets meant to match commonly published NSDL and UTIITSL requirements. It's provided as-is, no account required.

No affiliation with any government body

This tool is independently run and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NSDL, Protean eGov Technologies, UTIITSL, the Income Tax Department, or the Government of India. See our disclaimer for more on this.

No warranty

We make a reasonable effort to keep the presets accurate but can't guarantee any output will be accepted by NSDL, UTIITSL, or any other portal. The tool is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this tool, including a rejected or delayed application.

Acceptable use

Don't use this tool for anything unlawful, including creating fraudulent or misleading identity documents.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
